Reviews
"I am very impressed with the care and attention given to my client on every visit. The doctor is genuine and easy to communicate with. All my questions are answered satisfactorily."
"Great medical professional! He thoroughly discussed where I am in my medical issue as well as possible medications and other alternatives to treatment. He did not rush me. He was thoughtful as he responded to my questions."
"The staff were all helpful and pleasant. My only complaint was the "meat" they served the first three days. My guess is that it was Road Kill Helper."
"I appreciate the professionalism and the concern that I found with both of these doctors. I have struggled with myoclonus for so very long and it is a very frustrating condition. But both these doctors were such a great help in trying to help me rectify how or what to do to handle this. They listen to me and they were proactive on my next steps. They actually took quite a bit of time to talk to me and discuss options. In this “hurry up world” where everything‘s a rush it’s nice that they would take the extra time to really listen to me."
"This feedback is for the medical weight loss program with Dr. Umashanker and Dr. Shaikh. Abysmal. I scheduled for an initial consult last fall. Just before the date arrived, I was suddenly told the doctor would not be in that office that day & I had to reschedule from scratch. I set up for January. Just before that date, I was told the doctor would not be in that office and had to reschedule again from scratch. I set up for March. Again, that had to be rescheduled. I set up for April 11th, but the confirmation call from their office had changed the time of day so I was unable to make that appointment. So, I finally just told them to forget it -- and this was just for the initial consult! I was told by the person in the office that a lot of patients, and to-be patients, were complaining about having to reschedule, and all the staff could do was apologize. This is not only an incompetent way to run a program - it's also disrespectful and abusive to patients. It is certainly not serving your community. I might have benefitted from a medical weight loss program like this, but now I'll never know for this one because the doctors make it impossible to participate in it. I'm guessing they have a fairly small number of patients since they don't care enough to make sure to meet with them at the dates and times for which they're scheduled. Considering how they repeatedly pulled the rug out from under me in this manner, it seems like that's exactly the way they want it to be. So, either bring in more doctors so appointments can be kept, or disband the program until you figure out how to run it in a professional and competent manner."
