"Not pleased with practice.. few months ago looking for new primary care doctor. Practice mentioned that I had to make a new patient appointment before i can schedule yearly physical. Had 10 minute appointment to answer basic questions, which could have been managed as part of the physical appoiintment. In my view it was appointment to create a charge that patient has to cover (looking forward to that bill - which i expect to be unreasonable). After the appointment, went back to the front desk to make physical appoitnement they mentioned physical appointment is not available until Nov. 8 months after the intake appointment. Is this preventiative patinet care - what if i had silent medical problem.. Reception called on 5/31 and said appointment opened in June and I took the appointment. few minutes later she called and said because of my insurance that appointment was not available ( ihave insurance from one of the top 100 companies in the the state) . So bottom line, not a pratice that is patient advocate but seems like are being managed by insurance company. Where are doctors that went in this profession to help the patients. Told the reception I will not be client of this practice.. keep searcing for doctor that cares for their patients."
