"I’ve gone to this practice my entire life. My original primary doctor has since retired. I stuck with the practice and have seen different providers over the last few years. Quality in every phase of care has decreased drastically. With how hard it is to get someone on the phone (10-20 min wait times), how hard it is to get results (took me three weeks to get test results even though I had contact with the nurse during that time period and they were aware that the test was done, which led to me dealing with symptoms for 5 weeks, ending up in an ER and needing emergency surgery), and how hard it is to speak directly to a provider (per front desk staff it is their policy that a nurse can give a diagnosis over the phone without any follow up from the provider to the patient, even when it is requested by the patient. A formal/billable follow-up visit needs to be scheduled- in my experience it had to be scheduled by myself, not the provider), I recommend finding any other practice for your care. You will need to advocate for yourself and be in charge of your own care which would be okay (kind of) except they make it virtually impossible with communication being so difficult. I am currently searching for a new provider due to the reasons I listed above. I feel this office has become too corporate over the years and patient care is their last concern. They have taken on more patients than they can handle appropriately. I work in health care and patients should not have the experience that I have had, ever. This makes me worry for the patients who aren’t able to advocate for themselves. I hope this review, and others, will cause some improvement in their processes because this used to be a nice, comfortable practice to go to."

"In spite of issues with calling wait times, our experience with their doctors has been excellent. Even writing to ask questions of the doctor has been great."

"Atrocious wait times on phone, administrative staff who finally do answer the phone are unprofessional and unhelpful, do not have the information you are asking for and have no solutions for you. Do not let you know when Dr is running late, just let you sit there, I’ve waited 1hr one time and 1/2hr another time, would have thought they forgot about me, but I went up to check on situation. Don’t let you know when medication has been declined, don’t have results of test taken weeks ago and no idea when it will be in. Stay far away if you want a doctor office who cares a single bit about your health."

"I was here today to get a medical form which listed my name as a parent. And for some reason other people at the reception were not able to print out the correct version. But today was my lucky day “Angie” at the reception was super helpful. So looked very carefully what the issue was, updated my information and printed it for me. Thank you Angie. Five stars to her."

"This facility does not care about their patients. I have been actively trying to get simple results from this place for almost a week now and every phone call is just about how quickly they can get me off the phone. They blatantly lack professionalism and their expertise is questionable at best. Quick to prescribe medications but slow to actually assess their patients. This is coming from an RN. I’ve had to wait for hours at times when I’m in excruciating pain and they couldn’t care less. Would recommend almost any other facility in the state than this location."
