With that in mind, there were some problems with the second provider but those issues were resolved in a matter of minutes and since that day I have had nothing but spectacular service/communication"

"GREAT DOCTORS!! TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATION STAFF!!!!! (My card is on file this whole time) Every time I left an appointment I would check to see if anymore money was owed. Always was told it was good and then come months later I get a bill for almost $500 that I "owed". When contacted about why this is even happening when I was told in office that I am settled up. The staff would pass blame and give me no reason as to why I am getting a letter for that much money being owed. I have now received another letter stating I still owe money even though this whole time they have my card on file this whole time. Took me multiple voicemails over days to get a call back from the muppets that work in billing to give me more non answers. It's a shame that the fantastic doctors and nurses here have to deal with the laughing stock that is the administrative staff. Finding a healthcare provider you trust and doctors you feel comfortable about is beyond difficult these days. Thank you for pushing me to leave the great doctors due to the unneeded stress you keep causing me. Would never recommend giving this clinic any type of business."
"IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A ZERO I would. I used like wheeler Clinic... NOT anymore. The providers are constantly changing. I've had IMPORTANT questions and left several messages. Nobody ever caIls back. I feel that wheeler should care more about their patients. They do things like cancel appointments and never call to tell ME. I have also gone in for a"rescheduled"I appointment and I'm nowhere in the computer. I have gone into the office only for them to push a laptop in front of me and tell me my visit is through video. SERIOUSLY??? Why do I, the patient, have to go to their office but they don't? They have trouble remembering to call in prescriptions and have you come in for BS visits just so they can charge your insurance. Good place for people with mental health problems?? NOT!!!!! Don't bother... They don't care. Providers do not listen because they do not care. And if you do?? GOOD LUCK!!! Personally, I will be changing providers and will NEVER again recommend this place."
