"APRN was very nice very knowledgeable & personable. I have no complaints about my care the phone system is terrible I can’t ever reach a live person have to leave a message & no one calls back I end up going to the office to talk to someone same is true for med refills my pharmacy sends in several refill requests which are not responded to pharmacy then calls me to contact office & after leaving several messages I end up going to the office to personally request a refill."

"MD is very nice. She was in a hurry when she entered my room because she was running late already. So I didn’t get to ask her some questions that I just remembered after she left the room. I did want to discuss them with her."

"Only one item. My first visit was scheduled for 1PM. Arrived at 12:45. Looked in the window, everyone was having lunch. No one acknowledge I was even there. The sign said to come 15 minutes early in case paperwork had to be filled out. So I sat down, 1PM came. A woman with her older son arrived, walked up to the window, and was taken care of, without even saying that I was there first. I was kind of upset. I think someone should cover the window during lunch, or schedule after there lunch period is over."
