"They get 2 stars bc the dr was friendly and informative but that where my compliments end. The office charged me 50 dollars for the set of 2 forms to be filled out for my work and the other was for ct medical. They didn't fill out the ct medical forms so I had to appeal with ct medical. Then they argued with me when i told them I was not happy they didn't send the forms especially since I paid them to. They tried to claim they didn't receive the forms but I have the email in my sent so they got it. Had to send again today. Now I have the same email in my sent twice yet they refuse to acknowledge they already received it a month ago. They are the most ignorant, unprofessional receptionists I ever met in a drs office."

"The doctor and staff at this doctor's office is wonderful. I think other offices need to take an example from them, I don't understand any of these negative comments on this office. I've had nothing but good good service with them. I have a mother-in-law that's 94 with parkinson's and dementia and barely walks. They have always went well beyond their way to help us with.
