"This store is dirty, check your sneakers because they are giving used sneakers, thank god I always try my stuff on and noticed it on the spot, disgusting and the female staff have inappropriate conversations about entirely nothing you could tell that they are underpaid just by looking at them! This store looks like it’s about to go out of business I wouldn’t trust my sneakers from this store the females look really dirty in the face and nope get someone else to do it."

"I stopped by for a last minute sneaker purchase 15 minutes before closing and I was denied service. I knew exactly what i wanted and what i was looking for. I wasn’t going to look and browse around the store coming from a previous footlocker employee. I didn’t feel welcomed whatsoever. I know this isn’t the training we received and the service provided for this company. If possible looking into the cerveliance camera the store was no where near full. I asked to speak with a manager , her name was NATALIE and she didn’t make anything better nore was understanding me in this situation, no empathy whatso ever ! I asked why is the store closes in ten minutes ? If i can possibly just go inside to grab some sneakers and why was the store closing early, Her response was “Do you work for footlocker or me”? The doors were closed because “the sore was too full”. As I mentioned as a previous footlocker employee I’m certain this isn’t the service footlocker provides. This happened 11/12/2023 around 6:45-5:00pm. The CEO need to see and listen how his customer service team is treating customers that are going to buy. Can’t believe this is how this company has changed. Extremely horrible experience."
