"This location is not equipped for handicapped or elderly patients. The staff is rude and unaccomodating. They expected my 84yo mother who uses a walker to sit on chairs that are bar height, woukd not draw her blood on one of the regular chairs , report its a safety issue. They were sending her back. However we're OK to take her blood while she sat without a seat belt on my transport chair I had to go and get. Please don't take your elderly parents here. They should advertise they are not able to accommodate the handicapped."
"I find all the negative reviews here kind of strange. I've had nothing but good service here. The place is always clean and the staff friendly and efficient"
"This location has a contractual relationship with the Department of Veteran Affairs Outpatient Care Center located in Windham. Veterans in need of lab work can use this location from Monday - Friday from 7am to 11am to have lab work done, with an appointment, and that is the only time they will honor VA referrals. This location does not accept walk-ins, and does not have availability in the 7am to 11am timeslot for the next 5 weeks. They SHOULD NOT be honored with working with local military veterans, and both the VA and Quest collectively fail to understand each others processes and it is veterans who are stuck as the go-between. Quest is yet another company that has formed a monopoly and has forgotten about its customers in the process. COMPLETE ABHORRENT FAILURE."
"Will never book an appointment at this location again. The phlebotomist who did my blood draw was extremely rude and unprofessional. She never greeted me, yanked my lab orders out of my hand rather than ask for them, and she let me know how aggravated she was that she couldn’t find the exact type of blood test requested within the options provided on her computer. Once done, she said nothing just yanked off the rubber tourniquet and left me to exuse myself and find my own way out of the facility. Horrible customer service and bedside manner!!"
"Showed up 10 minutes before closing on Saturday with a sick kid that needed a blood test to rule out a serious illness. Ran there from the doctor’s office. Woman came out to the door as I was signing in at the kiosk. No one else in the waiting room asked if I had an appointment. When I explained that we didn’t and that my sick child needed the blood test she said, “we don’t take walk in’s 10 minutes before we close.” As I teared up I asked where I could get it done. “I don’t know we are all closed.” Clearly not concerned about putting patients first. Nowhere to go now until Monday."
