"Highly recommend finding a different practice. When we brought up some health concerns to Winakor (I refuse to call him a doctor), he brushed them aside and said it was nothing. Luckily we didn't believe him and got a 2nd opinion, which turned out to be cancer! If you listen to these people they could end up killing you. Not a place to be trusted!"

"Mansfield Family Practice doesn’t seem to care much about their patients. The providers are insensitive and do not take patient concerns seriously or thoroughly look into issues. The office administration and billing departments offer extremely poor service and it is incredibly hard to get in touch with anyone or get follow ups to any of your concerns."

After the treatment my daughter in law received today i am beyond disgusted. i stopped going to this practice years ago and all i can say is i am stunned anyone puts up with these people. I recommend the uconn downtown practice. they have every thing there. go to the doctor because you might have a broken finger? they can x ray it right there. this place is a joke."

"I have seen Dr. Dardick as well as Dr. Winakor at Mansfield Family Practice. Both are outstanding professionals who are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. They have wonderful bedside manners and I have always felt my concerns have been listened to and approached with a comforting attitude. As someone with health anxiety, I also love the use of the patient portal, how easy it is to navigate, and how I always receive a timely response. Mansfield Family Practice is just awesome and I would highly recommend!"

"The staff at the front desk are wonderful and always treat patients with patience and respect, even though they are juggling many things at once. It's impressive! The medical assistants are always pleasant and efficient. My current medical provider took seriously a chronic problem I had and made me feel that it was ok to speak up about it. She referred me to a great specialist and I'm grateful! I've been treated for UTI's many times at this practice and did not have a good experience. I always feel that the provider (4 different ones) is annoyed with me. Therefore I always end up talking myself in and out of calling for an appointment and I feel ashamed when I am there. Because of this, I always feel very nervous about going to an appointment there, whatever the reason, but to be fair, there are good things about this practice."
