"This place made me regret going to therapy."
"I seriously cannot thank SHAW enough. No one else has ever destroyed my credit and mental health like they did. Unless you’re so masochistic that you enjoy SIX THOUSAND DOLLAR medical fees and being told you’ll end up in jail because of your diagnosis, SHAW is not the place for you. SHAW Mental Health does nothing but enhance the stigma around mental illness. It makes me ashamed to go to UConn, and I hope in the future, Huskies can have slightly better care (maybe practitioners that actually listen to students or practitioners that believe you’re still a person even with a personality disorder could be a start)."
