The girl was so unfriendly and after issuing the return accused me of wearing the shoes, which I only tried on… The time before that the guy who helped me was super nice and helpful. But this more recent experience makes me not want to return."

"I had a great experience here. The associate was very friendly and informative about what to get for my wife. She helped me select the perfect pair of Birkenstock’s for her. She wasn’t too pushy but geared me in the right direction. I Also asked for a non journeys bag so my wife couldn’t figure out that I bought her something from here and she was vey helpful in finding one for me! Thanks Journey’s!"
"Customer service lacks. Staff are rude they talk over you when your trying to speak. They don’t seem to appreciate customers. There not willing to go above and beyond to assist a customer. If your looking for an enjoyable shopping experience do yourself a favor and shop at a different location."
"Very great service from Bryan! I walked in with intention of getting a specific pair of D.C.'s. Upon realizing they weren't on display I had asked the gentleman to check the back and explained the shoe I was looking for. He immediately knew which shoes I was referring to and very hastily grabbed them for me. Very patient as i went through the sizes. Best shoe buying experience !!
