"I can’t believe I’m actually typing a review but my experience was awful. I am a footlocker employee from another state, and I was disgusted with the customer service. I asked about a shoe that came out that day, and an employee said in front of me they hate when customers don’t have a picture of the shoe they’re asking for, and said how do they expect us to know? It is your job to be up to date on new releases, as it is mine back in Maryland. The employee I talked to also did not know how to use the handheld device we are taught to use. I’ve never been mad leaving a store let alone from the company I work at."
