"Went yesterday to pick up blouse I ordered on line. I was told by Diane it was ready. Well it wasnt and it was the wrong size. Never received a call as a courtesy to tell me. Staff tried helping but couldn't. Very disappointed! I think i will finish with Chicos."

"My mom was so excited to go to the Chico store just to find out that they close at 8 but the sign on the door specifically says they close at 9 and also online. I ask if they are closing and the coworker just stare at me and ignored me and I then ask the other coworker which then said yes and didn’t even bother to care when I said the store says it close at 9 Never again was very upset thankfully 2 store down loft was open and was very welcoming"
