"We had a very challenging move, my husband and I switched homes with my parents. So we had two full homes to be moved from one house to the other. This should have been done by two teams of movers, but somehow there was complete miscommunication from the office to the guys doing the actual work of moving, they were told it was just one move. So this team of just three guys ended up having to work nonstop, all day long in 90 degree heat. Despite the fact they were totally misinformed about the extent of the job, they just kept going and got this massive job done. George, Pete and Will were phenomenal! I can’t say enough good about them. They alone are the reason for the 5 star rating. They went way above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. If I was rating on the way this was handled by office staff, I can’t say the rating would be very good. These three guys are an incredible asset to the company! Despite being completely overworked, doing a job that should’ve been done by twice as many people, they kept a great attitude and laughed and joked with us, and managed to make a stressful move a little better. Thank you guys for making the best of a very chaotic situation, we so appreciate all you did for us!"

After storing my husband's and my belongings in a parent's garage, I contacted Manchester Moving & Storage last minute to hopefully get assistance moving into my unit on a Saturday. Not only did they have fair rates, they worked us into the schedule gave a realistic timeline of how long the move would take. All 3 movers were professional, kind, and incredible workers, especially given how narrow the stairway was. I could not recommend them enough, they know exactly what they're doing and they're professional about it. No hidden fees and expectations are exceeded. On top of that, none of our stuff was damaged in those awful stairwells. I cannot say enough good things! I would highly recommend them for local moving."
