"Was returning a faucet grease today (unused, because the cartridge bought along comes with one) but it has grease inside the packaging for some reason. The girl at the return desk kept arguing and saying it was used, also the people from plumbing department acknowledged as well. So I had told them to go to their shelf and check if the ones on there had the same greasy packaging! And guess what? I found the same exact item with the same greasy appearance in the packaging. I hate to be accused on things that I didn’t do, especially with an item that is less than $5, that I was spend time and argue for. They really need to work on their customer service."

"Had a tremendous experience at this location, India and her co workers the customer care manager was exceptional to work with, she ensured that all my needs, cares were met before exiting the store. Their friendly nature and aim to provide solutions to problems should be a standard all customer service personnels must employ. Big Al with the beard (even though I know that's not his name) wonderfully assisted with my car rental and rightly so should be given a raise. I appreciate the staff and hope to continue working with them in the future."

"Went to buy a leaf blower for my husband for Christmas. Couldn't find any help. Asked at the courtesy desk 3 times. No one ever came so I walked out after about 45 minutes. Went to Lowes and was treated like royalty. Never going back to Home Depot."
