"I purchased a mattress after viewing it on display in the store and was promised delivery in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks it still wasn't delivered, and I insisted the order be canceled. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and the manager flat out lied claiming they fully explained to me that this mattress, which they displayed in their store, was a special catalog order, which was noncancelable and nonrefundable and that I had signed in agreement acknowledging that. I have reported this store to the CT State Attorney General. Don't expect it to be open much longer."

The team is friendly and professional and you’ll find that the furniture is fantastic quality at a more reasonable price than most places. We went in and dealt with Mo who was incredibly knowledgeable. We are very happy with our new couch and the service we received. "Out of 3 stores I shopped at for a dining table, this store won hands down. From the selection to customer service, I was extremely pleased. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted in store, so Joey sat with me for a good hour or more going through catalogs and putting pieces together to create my vision of what I wanted. I'm so excited to get my table and chairs! A big thank you to Joey. He was amazingly patient and helpful!"

"The Manchester US furniture is an Absolute horrible place!!! We purchased a king size bedroom set from them on Jun 3,2023 it was Delivered July 1,2023. It has been nothing but big problems. They sent a technician out 1 week after the complaint of or squeaking bed that woke the whole house up. The tech came out and put a hole lot of random color screws on our new bed. The following day the draws under our bed broke called the store they are rude and wouldn’t help out. I offered for them to come get their junk. I Don’t recommend this place."

"If I could leave a 0 star I would! If you are thinking about purchasing from this store just run! Purchased multiple items (all within a 3 week span) first issue they said it would be delivered in two weeks actually turned into a month! Then I purchased a bed frame and it literally lasted not even 3 weeks. I called to let them know and they asked how much do I weigh and my husband for it to break!!!!! Then he said you get what you pay for!!!! What kind of customer service is that honestly!!! Paid almost $1,000 for just the frame and it didn’t last 3 weeks!!!!!! But when I purchased it the owner said it’s good quality nothing you have to worry about. They refuse to give me my money back too. Bunch of scammers is what they are."
