"Awesome clothing selections. Store is sadly closing. The clothing I won’t lie is not best quality and almost everything is 100% polyester… like shein. They do have lots of trendy pieces though. Even though store is clothing, prices felt like their going higher?"

"I had an item to return and I didn’t know about their policy return (14Days) but I felt so sad when the lady just assumed that I cut off the receipt on purpose to hide the date and my receipt was cut on the top and it shows the date. I wasn’t lying about my receipt I wish if she treated me with more respect instead of accusing me and leave."

"I have been trying to purchase a dress for weeks and fitting rooms are never open. Every time I stop by the manager tells me they will be opened tomorrow, but tomorrow comes and they are still closed. Horrible customer service."

"I have found some decent clothing items at this store, but the manager and workers there are not great. They would have there masks down the whole time I was in the store, and were rude when I asked them a question. Also, when I tried to return my shorts I bought online with the invoice I brought along that was needed, they would not let me return it. I have never had a problem like this with any another Charlotte Russe store, and visiting this store was a complete waste of time because I only visited to return my item (the store is 30 minutes away from me)."
