"Purchase a pair of air Max vapermax plus on the 12/26/22 put the shoes on on 1/8/23 to find out it was defective so i went back to the store and they refused to give me a exchange with a receipt So I decided to call corporate corporate told me I am a.. out of $225 because that's the store's decision to exchange are refund the shoes so the Moral of the story pay attention if you buy certain shoes from Foot Locker they will not honor the receipt I felt like I was Scammed out of my money."

"Tried to purchase a pair of sneakers here today. There were two workers. One of them on the register, ringing out customers and the other on her phone attending to personal business and said we had to wait for the fella to finish with customers. It was Saturday and very busy. You guys need to either hire more staff or get better ones. I walked out with nothing because no one helped me."

"9:30 pm entered store. 2 associates working. Standing at register involved in personal conversation. I walked over to sale table, both walls on each side of store. Saw sneakers I wanted to purchase. Stood there waiting for assistance but was never even acknowledged by the 2 associates. I left out the store googled location for phone number. Called store while walking back from other end of mall. No answer. I walked into store with phone in my hand and listening to it still ringing. The 2 associates were still standing behind register engrossed in their personal conversation. I told them how I came to store walked around and was never even acknowledged. I also told them “I just walked back from Eblens calling your store and phone is still ringing in my ear” They didn’t even bother to ck their phone so it led me to think the volume was off I will never visit this store again. Just lost a valuable VIP customer"

"The Associate, Kevin at this location has exceptional customer service skills. I went in on a Sunday and wanted a specific sneaker but they did not have my size. He asked if we’d like for him to order my size online, we explained that we were on a tight time frame and needed the sneaker for that following Wednesday. He then offered to call another location to see if they had it in stock. A nearby store had the shoes and Kevin then told us he happened to live in that town and he would not mind picking them up for us then dropping them off the next day (which by the way was his day off). Thank you so much Kevin, and because of the great service you provided us I will visit this store for my up and coming purchases. P.s. if a manager happens to be reading this, he most definitely deserves a raise IMO!"
