"I was there to return some curtains I purchase. I had to find someone to help me since I stood in that department a good 20 minutes. When I finally found someone to help she was very, very rude. She definitely gave me the impression that I was bothering. Her body language said it all. So I asked her if she was having a bad day and she started arguing with me in front of other customers in the curtain department.i have been in retail business 40 plus years in management I was shocked that I was treated so poorly by your employee. I expect that nothing will be done to this employee , since it was very clear to me that she was poorly trained. I for one will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. Good luck keeping customers coming back , I probably won't be the only unhappy customer."

"I've been shopping at Boscov's for several years. They are the only store in the area that I'm aware of that carries such a large selection of petite size clothes. They have great sales so that I can actually afford to make purchases. They also have a great shoe department. This past Christmas I did 80% of my shopping there for gifts."

"Just left the store at Meriden mall Was walking to quickly look at men's shirts after the 5 minute alert. As we walked towards men's pants on our way out a male clerk said they were closing. "If you're not heading to a register I'm going to have to ask you to leave!" He rudely said. We were heading out anyway and both have watches! Was not appreciated or required! Please hire people who are nicer to customers! Constant difficulty finding people at registers when you wish to check out.! Have to walk all over to look for someone! I also asked a question in an email to customer service on an online item. Besides saying not to send more than one email I never received a reply! I can see why more people purchase on Amazon or online! Please hire more people like Paula, Esther, Ally and female clerk at register by bed sheet section over holiday! We are very loyal customers coming in 1-3xs per week! Very dissatisfied with this kind of customer service!"

"we had to shop in a few different departments. we had to get school clothes, pot and pan set, mens underclothes and we browsed furniture. everywhere we went we were met with great customer service. we had only a specific amount of time to shop and get it done before store closed and they made the trip super easy and successful. We will definitely be going back."
