"Great place to buy shoes, just has a lot of out of stock."
"Customer service leaves much to be desired. Had to ask for help and was not greeted or spoken to until I spoke to them."
"This place is amazing I was able to buy the shoes my son has been wanting after most of the show places didn't have them"
"Ok so I went to buy the Jordan retro 4 Oreos that had came out I was the first to approach the gate greeted by the store manager explaining there was a raffle going on for the shoes which I wasn’t told everytime I spoke to an employee throughout the week they said it was first come first serve so I was upset so I walked away then 4 young adults came in as a group and it seemed they were friends with the store manager as he let them in before opening the store and started bringing out 4 boxes of the shoes and proceed to sell them which was funny as how all your friends won the raffle so a guy who was waiting with me caught on and pressed the manager about it he proceeded to say they won the raffle after some time going back and forth he seemed to get caught up in his lie as he brought out the shoes for the customer ‘who caught on to what was going on so my question is did they had an extra pair? Or were they being held by the store manager to resale? PS: I over heard his friends taking about “I got the shoes and they are ready to be flipped” I will no longer do business here as it seems this is not a trustworthy store."
