"Spent $150 here and when trying to take my full cart out of the store to go put my items in the car the associates practically yelled at me “no! Dont take the cart out” and forcefully stopped the cart, took my bags out of the cart which was not theirs to touch. They yelled at me like Im some type of criminal after I just spent $150 at their dinky little unorganized store and adding money to THEIR paychecks. God forbid I take the cart out of the store to my car and bring it back. Never had that experience before and will certainly not go back."

"Honestly I want to cry. A day after my visit to Marshall’s. I went into their store and instantly fell in love with this piece they had of a mirror with a skeleton over it. It was porcelain material and it was a statement piece I have been looking for! I instantly fell in Love with it. Unfortunately it had a small crack in the bottom of the porcelain skeleton. Something so minor I was going to just glue it back together and paint it over a matte black. I spoke to the supervisor there about purchasing it for a bit of a discount due to the broken pieces. She refused to sell it to me. I begged and pleaded with her even told her I’d buy a pair of gloves from the store and handle it with care. I diy a lot so I would be so careful. She refused. I get the safety part on it. But I needed that piece. It was like nothing I’d ever seen before and it’s so sad that a corporation would rather throw it out then sell it to someone who really wanted it. It’s like waiting to purchase a cotton candy at the stall and the person in front of you getting the last one. There was nothing I could do about it. Two days later and I am so sad and hurt about this stupid decision. I don’t think I will come back to this Marshall’s after this. So sad"
