"We reached out to PVF in early 2021 and Clancy came right away to meet with us! We contracted shortly thereafter for the Ultimate 35 in April 2021 with a planned install date of June 2022 (largely due to anticipated supply chain issues due to the pandemic). This was okay because it gave us time to properly prepare our property as we had some tree removal, grading, and drainage to take care of. In the summer of 2022 we did face unfortunate delays with the delivery of our pool due to limited transportation capabilities from the manufacturer (Leisure Pools) and another delay due to supply chain issues with the particular color of pool we had originally wanted, both of these issues outside of PVFs control. The installation was completed in October 2022. Given we’re in New England, we weren’t able to realize use of the pool until the following April (2023) when PVF came out to open it. We’re first-time pool owners and Clancy’s team spent a good amount of time with us to help us understand how to properly care for and maintain the pool. I must say that the installation quality of the pool is top notch as well as the same for the pool equipment. So far, we’re two months into pool ownership and absolutely love it! Since the installation, we’ve had a number of questions and in most cases, Clancy has been the one to personally respond with helpful information. "From start to finish PVF pools and the entire team have been amazing. It took some time for the manufacturer (Leisure) to construct our pinnacle 35 pool but Jasmin and the team kept me updated regularly. When it was finally ready to go the team wasted no time scheduling the delivery and installation. The process went quick and soon after we were up and running. The team worked well with all the other subcontractors on the job and made adjustments when needed. Although the install went pretty smooth it wasn’t without unforeseen issues. How PVF handled those issues was what makes them world class. I had a heater failure that was diagnosed and fixed within 2 days. I also had issues with my automatic cover that PVF was determined to make right. John came out to my pool multiple times very quickly to ultimately diagnose and resolve faulty ropes and pully’s. Throughout, the entire team was responsive and understanding, and more importantly they’ve stood behind everything they installed. I’m looking forward to many great years using our pool and would absolutely recommend PVF pools!"

"We bought a DIY pool package from Clarence for a 13'x33' saltwater pool set up. In early March, he called and we set crane for delivery within 2 weeks. I followed the engineering diagram provided to dig the hole and place the equipment. I'm a contractor by trade and an engineer but the plans are very easy to follow. Clarence's guys came with the pool for one day and help you hook everything up. Your putting water in it that day. After I got the pool in place and running, I finished the patio and wall myself. I promised my kids they'd be swimming by the last day of school and I made it happen. Funny experience and I recommend Clarence to family and friends."
