"My filter pump died when I was gone on business. I went to the pool installer and they gave me a fair quote. Next day, they doubled and they said they could not get original pump. I felt like they were taking advantage of me. I made 1 call to jelly belly and they gave good quote, about same as original from installer. They said they would grab one and come out next morning. I asked if they wanted my credit card, they said not needed. They did come the next morning and said my existing cable was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. He apologized he could not come back until next day. Again, he did what he said and next day we were back in business. No additional charge for cable or 2nd visit. Great to have a honest company on our area. Highly recommend them."
"Mixed review. Forget about getting a call back when you need help. 5 phone calls and three polite messages requesting service and no response. Poor customer service in that regard. However, Great install, products and prices when I originally bought the pool."
