"Like most, I interviewed multiple pool builders for our project. Our site had some concerns (high water table & rocky in Belchertown) and after speaking to Kevin and Casey at Beyond Pools I felt confident moving forward. I never felt like I was being sold to, or pushed in a direction of a certain design. I had a budget I wanted to maintain and Casey showed me options to get there and we ended up with everything we wanted. (They actually came in under budget) Ashley ran the project in the field and was knowledgeable and efficient. The build went smoothly and all of the subcontractors were great, cleaned up after themselves and were respectful to my neighbors. Kevin and Casey answered their phones whenever I called, which to me is huge to me. Casey made herself available to answer all of my 100 questions before and during the project.
