"We got in late as all hotels from Springfield to Westfield were all full, Larry was very helpful to get us a room at such a short late notice. Larry was fantastic. The room we had was very cleaned and equipped with everything we needed, and the breakfast was great. There was alot of kids as to the events going on this wknd, however, we were on third floor and it was very quiet. Again thank you Larry for the friendly service. You made us feel very welcome no matter the time we got in."
"I stayed here and the room I was in the heat didn’t work. They put me in another room with no problem. The breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again."
"After being let down by another hotel, my family and I lucked out with this one. I called late night the day before having to check in and Kyla was great. She automatically assigned my rooms so they can be connecting. Once we arrived, we were helped every night by Larry. He was great, he went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. Free hot breakfast was good, rooms were in great condition. Only thing I would say is get bigger fitted sheets for the bed and in the bathroom the tub spout should be replaced. Definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you"
"The staff was friendly. The room needed some work, there was mold on the ceiling and in the shower, and the comforter had what looked like a burn mark on it and one of the towels had black marks on them. The door to the bathroom was a little difficult to open and close. The in room refrigerator was a bit noisy and woke us up at night. The breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice."
"I work in the concert industry so late check-ins are an inevitability. When I get the email from Hampton saying that my prepaid multi-night stay has a check-in cutoff of midnight. I contact the hotel via phone the day before, explaining my situation and that my check-in will be quite late (early AM) but I that my arrival is all but a certainty. I’m assured that they will accommodate this. I arrive around 3:30am, and the front desk says they cancelled my reservation, and has absolutely no idea about my call the day before. I will credit Larry for getting me into the unoccupied room there but that took almost an hour for him to figure out, which after a very very long work day and drive was unwelcome. For some reason he’s unable to provide me room keys, and manually lets me into this room with his manager key and assured me he’s slipping my keys under the door once he ‘figures it out’. About 3 hours after my head hits the pillow I’m woken by thunderous stomping of multiple children above my head (I’m on the 2nd of 3 floors). How a hotel this large and fairly new can have such issues is unacceptable. I call the desk, both to ask about the keys and the noise, and they tell me I have to come down to the desk for keys. I explain that there’s no way I’m leaving all my belongings in a room I don’t already have a functioning key to, and that I’m in bed and unpresentable. I also ask about the noise and I’m told that “quiet hours” on a Sunday only extend to 8am. Keys are begrudgingly brought up with a scowl from the morning front desk attendant. The stomping continues and I barely sleep at all the next few hours, I call again and demand for them to call this room above, or move my room, or that I myself will go up and confront these stomping nitwits. They finally decide to call, and it’s not until checkin time the next day that I get some peace & quiet. You hear every step above you in this place. Also, the air conditioner is the kind you can’t leave on fan-mode for white noise, which makes matters worse. Would not recommend."
