"On December 24th I bought some undershirts along with other products, I could’t check it in the store, because it is not allowed and when I arrived at my house I checked and one came broken and trampled, when I realized it was already late to come back, so I came back on December 26 to change them and the manager tells me that I have to take it complete so that I can change it, I came back today with all my undershirts, in its original packaging, without use and the manager tells me that he is not going to change it. I am aware that on the receipt it says that they do not make exchanges and returns for undershirts but this case is different because my product was in poor condition. They are too dishonest and my product doesn't cost much but it's not fair that they sell products in poor condition and don't change it, be honest with your customers."

"Horrible experience with the management! The number to hold the bags was given to me but i lost it due to carry all the clothes i was trying to purchase.I alerted them that i lost my number but i had my receipt to prove that the things in my bag are mine.The guy didnt even let me speak he told me that he didnt care! he had to many issues because they had lost other peoples belongings.he yelled at my sister & mother as they tried to tell him! He didnt even let us speak! Very rude will not be shopping here!lost 11 year customers."
