"They had my order for weeks and never reached out and never received an email letting me know it was delivered. The only reason I knew there was a possibility it could have been delivered to the store is I received an email asking me how I liked their service. When I asked them when it was delivered they said they had no idea"

"0 stars for the store manager Rose. The sweet girl who was attempting to help me while picking up my online order that the store didn’t even have in stock asked Rose for help as she couldn’t find it. When I asked if I can cancel my order and purchase in store while I was already there vs having to come back Rose did not even look at me before responding “it has to be done on your end or call customer service” and walked away. I then asked the sweet girl at the register if she could show me where they are so I can purchase them and I would call customer service when I got home about canceling the previous order she once again asked the not so wonderful store manager for help again to confirm the boots are sold in the store, Rose was once again rude and said she would go look. My 1st time experience with Rose was disgusting. Her demeanor towards the public— or me is unacceptable and should be addressed. For the sweet girl trying to help me and being so nice, thank you for being so kind sweet heart, especially around the holiday season!!"

"Keep in mind some male's point of view and this is the female store so my opinion May differ from yours. It seems like an okay store for girls without a doubt young and old they pretty much had whatever they want there for clothes and some accessories as well. When it comes to guys there is very few choices there they're actually was a guy section which I was surprised to see cuz I didn't think that was one but it was so small that you easily could have missed it I'm surprised they even bothered. So from a guy's pont of you yeah it wasn't really the place for me, but if you're a female you'd probably love it!"

"It has great, pretty selections of clothing, excellent choices of color schemes but the length of blouses are too short for me. The textiles they use have soft, comfortable feel to it but I can seldom find the right fit for me. On the other hand, this is my daughter’s most favorite store. We used to come here almost every week before covid19. The staff are nice and helpful. They have great deals. My daughter always find something she likes every time we go."

"I went to forever 21 I used to love it would buy my sons and daughters clothes here all the time. I picked out 3 pants excited I found these pants I bought a few months ago. I got them a size 26. When I went to the register I was informed they were on sale "wow even better" I paid for the item then went back to grab more because they were in sale. When they didn't have anymore size 26 I grabbed 27's went to try them on and realized that the 27's were small so imagine the 26!!! Went to the register to tell them I need bigger sizes. I never left the store JaKyra said she could not switch it!!! She couldn't return it couldn't exchange it but I could buy more of the bigger size. I understand no returns or store credit but I'm asking for the same item just a bigger size I even offered to buy more of the item in the bigger size. I mean what am I supposed to do with pants that don't fit me!!! Maybe I should have tried them on or maybe forever 21 should have better customer service. Not a friendly store and they definitely lost me as a customer I'm sure another store will appreciate my business!!! Forever 21 no longer exists to me and I will make sure that everyone know how awful the customer is!!"
