I felt very marginalized because she treated me badly since I was waiting in line, Norma acted like she didn't listen to me and didn't understand me. It is very sad to see this person's lack of attention to customers."

"This company had robbed me twice! They delivered my orders on separate occasions to the wrong address, eventhough the address on my account is my address. They refuse to refund or resend or fix the mistakes they made. So done with this company and I will be filing some complaints with the better business bureau."

"Walked into the store ready to shop & focus on just that; Until my wife and our kids (infant in stroller) were followed around the whole damn store from no more than 3-6 feet away. I'm not sure if it was cause our skin tone or if they are having a hard time with catching potential suspects or what not... TBH i felt extremely humiliated & trapped, as If I could not shop in peace. I ask that all the Caucasian workers, do not follow black people/ and or families around the store like that. It was like whatever isle I was looking in, all of a sudden the floor associate had to fix something within that isle or a few feet away, but with a good visual on my family & I.
