"Quit making your employees ask for email addresses when checking out. I hate when I feel forced to sign up for emails that I’ll have to unsubscribe from when I get home. Also, service at this location is not good - both employees couldn’t be bothered to get off their phones and help. Almost walked out but really wanted the shoes. Felt like I was bothering them by asking to see them in my size."

"I really want to give one star, but I have to give 2 just because I often find shoes here that I really like the look of. My main issue isn’t necessarily with this store, but the atrocious quality of ALDO shoes. They breakdown so fast it’s absurd. I just bought a pair here literally 9 days ago and the lip where pants would rub against has already started to tear. I probably wore them 6 of those days. I love how the shoes look, hate the materials they use. Can’t say I’ll continue buying these much longer."

"Bought shoes here about a month ago, the shoe was great. Bought them for work as a comfortable yet formal looking shoe. Not even 3 weeks later the bottom sole of the right shoe is completely coming off the shoe!! Called to see if there was something that could be done, with no avail I couldn’t be helped. The prices are fair but the quality was disappointing. This was my first purchase at Aldo and cant imagine finding myself back there for anything the way this whole thing turned out."

"I went in to buy a scarf and flats. But when I walked in I could barely hear myself think. The music was too loud and the manager and one of his sales associates were dancing inappropriately in the middle of the store in revealing attire. It was black Friday and the sale was good. But they lost me as a customer simply because of the atmosphere they have created. This is a business, not a night club."
