"What an experience I had! I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Ivan, Jimmy and all the staff are. My stone is a family heirloom diamond that I wanted set for my engagement ring. Jimmy spent a ton of time going over the characteristics of my stone and educating me on my diamond, which was wonderful because I knew very little about it (it was inherited upon my grandmother's passing). Originally, I had chosen a cathedral setting that I thought I would like, and unfortunately when it came in I was devastated at how much I disliked the look of my ring. Thankfully (I can't stress this enough), Ivan saved the day, sat down with me, called the company and found me a new setting that I now ADORE. He also did a straight exchange, and didn't charge me any extra for the trouble of taking the diamond out of the first setting and placing it into another. I picked it up Friday and can't stop looking at how beautiful it is! Mallove's cares about customer satisfaction, even though I didn't spend a ton of money with them, they took the time to make sure I was 100% in love with my ring.
