"I was there on Sunday with an order that I wanted partially shipped, I wanted to use my coupon .. typical Karen … and Shane at customer service could not have been more patient and professional!!! He was so efficient and kind! I apologized and he assured me that he was in customer service and not to worry …..Wow !!! People like this make me drive a little further to this store rather than the stores down 95. I’m in Madison so it seems a little further but worth the ride ! Thank you Shane !!!"

"Yesterday visited Home Depot Waterford to purchase shades.Found some which had to be cut.Told women who cut them was on the phone and had to wait as no one else could do it.waited 45 minutes and women still on phone. Approached her to say we were still waiting but she became sarcastic and told they should get someone else as she was too busy.Told her I was leaving but she didn’t care anyways. went to Lowe’s and received business like service which was lacking at Home Depot. unfortunate that times have changed there. No one seems to want to help. Been a customers for over 30 years but will not return to a store which provides no help or service."

"Still the worst customer service in the universe.Last time there the cashier was rude-this time ruder! Customer service desk (if you can call it that) associate Missy basically ignored us for 5 minutes and quite frankly I felt invisible.Then when I lifted the ceiling fan up there to scan she stated-I am going on break. I told her there were 2 there and did this in front of my wife. When I told her there was 2 she shot back at me that I only said one! We concluded the transaction however the last cashier I dealt with there was rude-this one surpassed rude. My kitchen installation job was a mind blowing 8 month disaster and I would not ever be there again except someone with a sick sense of humor gave me a gift card from there.This store continues its ultra pure ridiculously bad service"
