"If i could, i would give a 10, i had a lady with green makeup and butterflies jewelery that was extremely nice to both me and my partner, i was scared of getting my ears pierced but she was so professional that she convinced me! She was so particular about doing a perfect job, i was really impressed! Not only i shopped at the store with the get 3 items and have another 3 free offer but i also had my ears pierced and had a wonderful time...everyone should have this good of a costumer service ♥️"

"Brought for my daughter to get her ears pierced . She wanted cartilage piercing. Place very busy but filled out paperwork, and we were 4th in line for piercing. As we waited, we looked at earrings. We bought nicer quality ones for piercing, but not so high quality for her already pierced ears. She left them in, and eventually, her ear lobes swelled and red. So please be careful buying cheap earrings. Even though they might look cute, don't get them. Her ear lobes were infected. Put the money in for quality. Her cartilage piercing was great.She took care of them like she supposed to."

"Recently had an issue where my baby's earrings fell right out after being pierced. I wasn't mad, my other daughter had gotten pierced there and I knew usually they lock, so i figured it was just a bad set of earrings or something wrong with the gun - some fluke, and they'd obviously take care of it. The other employees were completely understanding and helpful when I called twice about the issue. However, when I actually came in to get my baby's ears repeirced, the "manager" Kayla was completely rude and condescending, when I disagreed when she said it's normal and common for the earrings babies get pierced with to fall right out, she acted like a teenager and told me to watch my attitude. Mind you I am a grown woman standing there with my children and she is being argumentative and disrespectful. She implied that I was lying and never spoke to anyone. I stated a number of times that over the phone I was reassured it would be taken care of and that there was a slip with my info and paperwork by the counter. She kept implying I was lying and that she would have known about it because she was the manager. I said, maybe another manager was notified, and she said everyone else is "JUST keyholders", belittling everyone else she works with. Ironically she found the paperwork and note right at the counter just a few minutes later. Maybe it's time to give one of the more friendly and competent employees a promotion."
