"I went to the Waterford CT #3754 and worked with Jessica J. I can't say enough positive things about her!!!! She was very patient, and had wonderful input on my project. Jessica J. took her time showing me different custom frames for my print. Jessica J. was extremely helpful and because of her great customer service I will be back and will suggest her to neighbors ands, family and friends! Thanks again Jessica J."
"I spent way too much money on a signed Tool poster from their most recent tour. I wanted it framed so i went to the waterford store. I was met at the framing center counter by Danny. She threw out some options and colors and showed me some examples and how it would look. Boy, shes got an eye for art and a passion for her profession! Her ideas look wonderful in my finished framed piece. I love it ! See Danny if you need something put together in a frame. You will be impressed and satisfied!"
"One of the least personable experiences I’ve had in a while. Might as well have bought my paint online. Understaffed, no staff acknowledged my existence, self check out with no human option and the humans behind the counter didn’t even glance up. No welcome, no can I help you, no did you find what you were looking for. Store was clean and the products were well stocked. Definitely missing the human element. Might as well have gotten it delivered to my house for free from Amazon."
"Love it. All the usual categories. Wish I could have found out more about classes."
"Always like Michael's because there is always someone to help you when you need help..I was making Minnie Wreaths and I asked one of the associate to help me put the ears on because after my car accident my hands are weak. The girl said meet me in the classroom they have. She helped me put the ears on the wreath with the materials I had bought. Super customer service and made me smile because Now I could finish what I could do on the wreath. Plus I get all my paint supplies here. Always have great coupons so it doesn't hurt my wallet. I'm able to do my paint therapy. Have everything you need to be crafty. I make flower arrangement with items from here. I bake with the cooking supplies from here. There is nothing it doesn't have.. Really don't have to go anywhere else."
