"As a local, I tried very hard to overcome some issues I had with this store. (Pricing, limited selection) things you would normally expect with a small shop like this. However the customer service and ammo pricing has come to a breaking point. Will just drive an hour to cabelas if I need anything."

"Worst gun shop that I’ve been to in western Mass. been there a few times. Gun and Ammo prices are higher than anywhere else I’ve been. One time I waited at the counter for 10 min and the old lady never came out of the back room or acknowledged me at all so I left. I don’t know how they stay in business."

"I will travel an hour to go and spend my money at cabelas before I spend any money here. The staff are the worst at costumer service. It’s too bad because I live locally and would love to support a local store. If another place opens up I’ll go there. Again, these people act like they don’t even want your business so don’t give it to them."

I said yunno I will if you're gonna be rude A few days ago the short dude refused to even try to help me buy a rifle I was looking into. I used to love going here they used to be friendly, now every single one is rude I don't know what happened. Gladly will drive and pay more to get better service."

"Love this out of the way sporting store. The owner was friendly, they have a good selection of firearms + tons of ammo. Bows seem a bit pricey, but I don't know anything about them. Nice selection of fishing rods + equipment too."
