"Be careful.. I had to file a police report for an emotionally unstable employee who chased my moving car down and punched the windows of my car to tell me I have to ring the door bell to leave a donation. My mistake, but that's your reaction? Yikes. She clearly has no control over her emotions if something so simple illicited such an unacceptable response. Tried to contact a manager and she answered the phone. Refused to tell me her name. Refused to let me talk to someone else. Refused to talk out the situation. She was more interested in being louder than me and not letting me speak. (Again, no control over her emotions). Just protect yourself and know that she has not been held accountable for unprofessional and abusive behavior. I truly feel sorry that as an adult she cannot conduct herself in a professional manner. No more donations or support from me. Do better Salvation Army."
"A great place to bring unneeded items that will be sold to raise money for the good work that they do. I've also found wonderful clothing that includes many of my "favorites" to wear. New affordable clothing is often made out of poor quality materials and is poorly constructed. The older clothes, when in good condition, are often so much better than what is on the market today. It's one of my favorite places to shop."
"the cashiers are weirdos and act like theyre doing us a favor by doing their job. yelling at customers for not knowing some random rule is WEIRD and should not be tolerated.. pick better employees or something"
"Great deals, big selection, friendly staff."
"If the Salvation Army doesn't have what you're looking for, checking back once or twice a week wouldn't hurt. They're always adding more clothing and furniture!"
