"Honestly, I just went there to ask questions and get general info about getting my cat groomed. Instead I got scolded by some older man. When I was actually talking to the person at the front desk.. I don’t know what he’s going through in life to feel unheard, but truly lacking in professionalism. While in his ignorance, he didn’t inquire about why I “waited” 2 years, but instead make rhetorical statements such as “and you waited this long…” Maybe he would’ve understood if he gave the time for me to explain he’s a RESCUE cat who had a number of issues which took almost a year and half to finally get him to a good place. It’s not like anyone told me at the beginning I should get him into grooming asap when I was working with all the vets and spending most of my resources getting him to a better place physically. It’s disheartening going to places like that and encounter people who criticize instead of educate. I’m glad I went to petco after and got information in ways to groom him where he’s most comfortable. But yes, there are better places to go where you’ll be treated like your pet’s caretaker and actually be given respect instead of being scolded by someone who’s on some weird power trip, mad at life and lacks in properly communicating. Edit: Realized I had a photo of the older man in the background. May not be clear, but it can give a decent idea as to who I’m referring to in this review. The one who was holding this was actually really nice and I wish he was the only one I had my experience with."

"Do not walk to this groomer, you better run to him. From the initial briefing by phone to the finished result , Richard and his staff, Alex, took pride in providing exceptional and personalized grooming service to our 3lb Mini Yorkie. We walked in with a great behaving, 8 year old dog, but we walked out with an amazing dog that actually wasn’t trembling from a post-grooming appointment, for the very first time! At time of pick up Lola sniffed around and wanted to stay, when normally she bolts out of these establishments. We are not entirely sure what exactly transpired during the span of 1.5 hours, but what what we definitely know is that we found our Forever Groomer. There aren’t enough stars to describe the level of care and attention that goes into the service. Thank you for being in business. Lola will return, time and time again!"
