"It absolutely puzzles me to see a review where someone sites overcrowding. Clearly this person needs to see a shelter and some other "Doggy Daycares." Something that will make bring most people to their knees in tears. I'm a licensed 501(c)(3) who has spent the last 30 years rescuing and rehabilitating Pitbull's. I don't take donations, I am self funded and have the License so I can pull aggressive dogs. Dogs that Society deems dangerous because they growl after spending 3 months in a 4x4 mentally deteriorating. Dogs trained to Fight by Humanity and Bait dogs with stories that again, would bring you to tears. I came across Jessica, Her staff and Dawg House in a time of need. A time where I had a lot of dogs, and needed a bit of help. This was months after she took the time out of her busy schedule to help me locate one of my dogs that went missing. The only mistake The Dawg House is made was giving a nutty Helicopter Parent like me access to their Video Camera Systems lol. I've had 2 of my girls there (I've personally owned 17 Pitbull's) these last weeks and it's been an amazing experience for both of them. I checked out other places locally, in NY and an hour away. No one quite understood that a "dog is a dog" and like us people, some have rough background's. I didn't have to sell her why I would be a good fit. She told me why I would be making a mistake going anywhere else. She also was very patient with me as I had a bunch of questions and she gave me the attention I needed being a crazy dog lover. It was clear before and after her and I spoke, this was the place. I could not be happier with the activities, the customer service and the mental preservation my dogs are getting by being social with other dogs! And the slight break it gives me as well. PS: I love the report cards lol."
"I’m not usually one for leaving reviews, but I just have to rave about Dawghouse Daycare. Every time I pick up my two chihuahuas from there, they’re happily exhausted - the best kind of tired! I’ve always been concerned bringing them to a daycare because they are small and senior dogs, but they’ve always been so safe and happy here. The whole crew, from the owners to the staff, is just fantastic. They really care about dogs and it shows. They know the boys by name, and I’m really thankful we found such a lovely daycare. It’s super clean there too, and absolutely love being able to check in on my fur babies with their live stream/ camera app. It’s such a peace of mind to see them running around and getting along with the other dogs. My dogs always feel safe and come home all smiles and wagging tails. Usually they’re asleep in the backseat before even leaving the parking lot. If you’re looking for a pet daycare that will treat your pets like family, Dawghouse is the place. Highly recommend!"
"I’m extremely particular with leaving my dogs at boarders because i have a diabetic dog who needs insulin injections twice a day but i recently left my girls at dawg house for 4 nights and they had a blast! i loved getting photos of them everyday and report cards. definitely will be using dawg house for future vacations!!"
