"This is the 2nd bad experience I have had in a little over a year! The 1st one they made good on this one not so much!! My Vets assistant told me that the box I ordered came with a Paw print it didn't $260.00 for a Box and a cremation certificate! I called my Vet and they told me I didnt request a Paw print shouldn't that be given? I dont know about anyone else but that was very important to me and now its to late!!"

"We unfortunately had to us them twice in the last month. The staff was very good to deal with the time to get our dogs back was very quick. a couple things that I wish were different is when you drop off your pet you just in the front of the building on a inclined parking lot that was difficult when not icy but add in a icy day and it was a lot harder. The other thing was I was shocked at the price increase in just 1 months time."

"I unexpectedly had to say goodbye to my sweet angel Bella. I was extremely distraught while at the vet and knew nothing about the process with her cremation and what to expect. When I got home, I was kicking myself for not asking if it would be possible to get a paw print in ink or a plaster mold. I went on Amazon to look at urns and didn’t find any I really liked that I could afford. I was called about 2 weeks later to pick Bella up and was expecting a simple bag with her ashes. When they brought out the bag to my car I started sobbing all over again. The presentation was beautiful and it came with a box that doesn’t even look like an urn, just a nice picture frame box! And my new guardian angel knew how much I wanted her paw print, I was shocked to receive one and it was beautifully done. For a company I have never even heard of or spoken to (this was all coordinated 100% by my vet) they sure took great care of my girl and presented way more than I even knew to ask for. Highly recommend! And when the time eventually comes for my other baby, I won’t go anywhere else and will make sure my vet uses this same service. Thank you SO much for bringing some beauty and relief to this terribly difficult time."

"I've never been there personally but they took care of everything with my two pets. Lost my beautiful Piggy Girl (my dog) October 2019 and they did such a beautiful job with the urn I picked out they even sent me a card. Lost one of my cat's my Digs this Feb unexpectedly and didn't have alot of money at the time. They still gave him a very beautiful little urn and paw print for a very reasonable price. Can't say anything but good things about them."
