"I’m very conflicted about my review. My first experience in the store and some of the associates were rude and not very helpful at all, but two of the associates were fantastic! (Ugh, I wish I got their names) I’ll go back and update the post later.)) Can truly say one of the women provided the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. After the first associate rudely dismissed me she quickly came over to help, and instantly found the item I was looking for (in a sea of tiny cat food cans). I then walked around the store looking for a dog toy, couldn’t find it, asked 2 associates, one literally brushed me off because she was on her way somewhere and the other just wasn’t interested in helping, just pointed me in the right direction. I searched again with no luck, then I spot (the amazing associate) showed her the picture of the toy, and again, she instantly found the item. Very impressive considering the item looks nothing like the picture you in person and was all of 2 inches. I also want to acknowledge the girl at checkout, she was great, very patient! I had 109 cans of food!"

She has helped me on many occasions with crickets or fish questions and always greets me with a smile and asks how I am!! Overall, I like the manchester PetSmart over any other location in the area."

"We had a great experience here purchasing a new reptile. The staff were pretty busy but did a great job helping us and juggling other customers at the same time. We were able to get everything we needed here plus it was at least $30 cheaper on a few large priced items. We ended up leaving another pet store to come here because they not only didn't have much available on the shelf for accessories but they also didn't have many staff available to help. I'm really glad we ended up here it worked out better then expected"
