"I have lived here for a few years. Jennifer and Julia were always pleasant and addressed any issues in a timely professional manner. Since she left, there have been two other managers, Enrique and now Robert. Enrique was very kind, understanding, and always reachable, whether it was by email or phone. However, this new manager, Robert, is concise and rude. It's almost impossible to reach anyone in that office, and when they finally answer the phone, no one seems to have a clue what is going on and is constantly shifting blame. This new staff is very unprofessional. The other day, the maintenance guy, James, was outside shoveling gravel or dirt, and all I could hear was profanity being exchanged between him and another guy—no respect for the tenants and the children. Our complaints as tenants aren't being addressed promptly and professionally. I am I am beyond disappointed in this new management. The upkeep of the property is nonexistent; pet owners aren't cleaning up after their pets. This is not luxury living in Hamden."

"Just moved in about 2 months ago and must say I love it here! So calm and peaceful all the time. Place is run very very well by Enrique the property manager for both dog wood and Hamden Centre. He is always available and always gets back to you if he is busy. I see him bouncing around both locations and always keeping up with the property’s very well even after hours I catch him working and getting things ready for new move Ins or taking care of little extra maintenance issues. Thank you guys so much me and my family love being here keep up the great work !"

"The Best place ever ! Hidden Gem ! Enrique Property Manager and his entire team has made the entire relocation process and move in so easy and stress free for me and my family. Enrique has been nothing but patient detail oriented and super accommodating for us. I’ve never been through a property or agency that has been so caring and treats you like family. He’s a perfect definition of what a property manager should be like. Most people just sign you up and treat you like trash but Enrique makes sure he takes care of everything and everyone with his team and always has a clear line of communication. Highly highly recommend anyone if his property’s. Thank you guys again for all your help me and my family appreciate everything !"

"Enrique went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable moving here out of state and that everything was taken care of. He even brought packages inside the unit for us before we got there (had to order a bed and essentials). Without seeing the apartment in person, it was a big risk, but certainly paid off. The place is old and shows wear in some places, but they have obviously done a lot to maintain and improve it. We had brand new dishwasher, fridge and stove installed before we moved in. I feel that we got lucky in our building as it is pretty quiet. You can hear the people above but it's not too bad. We don't hear a peep from the person next to us. We really like that there are only 4 units in the building. Enrique has been responsive to our needs and has a lot of plans to improve the place as he took over for previous management. It is difficult to find a good place to live and even harder to find a good property management company, but feel we have found it here."

"Don’t believe the bad reviews! My experience working with Enrique and living at Dogwood for a couple weeks now has been excellent! Enrique helped immensely to facilitate my cross country move from Arizona and made me feel extremely comfortable in knowing I would have a place to stay once I got here. In these times with the amount of scams and shady business practices going on, that type of service can’t be understated. Every time I have called or emailed I got a response back super quick and everything has been handled very professionally by Enrique. He even helped me choose between a couple different units to find the best fit, all of which have a lot of upgrades and recent work done on them. As long as Enrique is managing these apartments I will highly recommend them!"
