"Metro 375 is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly, nice to work with, responsive, and accommodating. Special shoutouts to Kalyn, David, Greta, Sabrina as well as Paris and Ted from maintenance. They are all wonderful to work with. The units as of now are brand new. They are all electric and use those dual inverter wall units which are capable of hot, cold, or just fan modes. Moreover, the cost of utilities is very efficient. Units are pretty spacious, including high ceilings and extra large door frames. Not all units have a walk-in-closet but mine does and it is spacious. The materials in the rooms are high quality. The sound deadening/containment is very good. I can have my soundbar/subwoofer on a pretty loud volume, and when I step outside of my room, it is not very loud. On top of that, the noise would need to travel through someone else's unit for them to hear. Xfinity modems are built into the units so it will save you work on installation, but you will still need to rent them out monthly with Xfinity. My 1 bed 1 bath has an exhaust fan on the ceiling in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. The one in the kitchen has been amazing at removing odors/aroma/smoke from the food I cook. You are not allowed to use candles as the soot creates marks on the cabinets or walls so just be aware of that. The complex is pet friendly, just be aware there will be a one time fee followed by a monthly fee. The gym they provide is quite nice as well. There is optional overhead parking for a fee, as well as optional but limited (in quantity) storage units you can rent out which are found in some of the buildings. Overall the complex is a safe area and an amazing place to stay. I can't recommend it enough."

"I can't say enough positive things about Metro 375. Their teams' responsiveness, attention to detail, and client service made our apartment hunting experience exceptionally smooth. The apartments are spectacular, with state of the art appliances and sound proofing. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and we cannot wait to see whats in store once the remaining buildings are completed, as we are hoping for some grills and patio/outdoor seating. We couldn't be more pleased with our apartment selection and the hospitality along the way!"

"If you want to be woken up at 6 am every single morning by excavators hammering and shouting right next to your window then this is the place for you, you will also be charged a non refundable fee of $550 for a single pet on top of the exorbitant rent payment every month. then my stove suddenly stopped working now I'm waiting a week for that to be fixed."

"I enjoy living at my one bedroom apartment at Metro Star Deluxe Apartments in Branford. The apartment is beautiful with stainless steel appliances and central air. I love having a corner unit with lots of light and the outside of the buildings are tastefully done in white with black window trim and shutters. The grounds are lovely, well treed and gorgeous flowers and shrubs throughout. So happy to call this home!"
