"The most worst place to live ever. Everything is wrong with this place including the management. Office lady so un respectful, drugs, violence and worst environment. Neighborhood it’s so bad and is always dirty. This place have problems with the water, they have to shut the water every month or more. City comes a couple times to orders to vacates."
"I lived here for 2 years and loved it. I don't have any kids so it was perfect for just me. Heat Hot water and Electricity for $625 a month, you can't beat that. The only problem I had was the washing machines would be out of order to often. I was on the 3rd floor so it was quiet. 1st and 2nd Fl are the loudest. Besides that it was a good experience while I was in college. If I hadn't caught a case and lost it I'd still be here. Now I'm in Hartford and want to go back to Springfield and get my studio back. If you DON'T have any kids, then this is the spot."
