Pynchon Townhomes and Edgewater Tower

"I hope someone can hear us. This building needs to be completely renovated. Elevators needs to be clean the right way,.apartment doors needs to be paint, kitchen and bathroom cabinets are in critical conditions asking management for years in any ways to please do a make over. Hallways walls needs to be paint. Our dryers not working in different floors. On 8th floor dryers are not working for 3 months. We complaint send emails talk to maintenance and supervisors nothing is being done. Heaters needs to be updates. Inside apartment doors. Really hope someone hear us. More handicapped parking needs to be assigned. New security camaras in each floor. Our packages and deliveries needs to be more control. People being stealing our packages. It's hard to find an apartment in these days. But if they keep up with the good work and maintenance it will be less work at the end of the day."

"No idea why they still have there jobs, they violated there rules to work there, anyone whos young, ethnicity,language, background history, family problems, Money etc. They do not do what the rules say, and they have strings attach to anything they say,I was going to be living in that Tall Red brick building. Its 2023. Sense 2022-2021. Nothing. (If you cant call them, guess what. They block peoples Phone numbers and gmails, what a total Joke this company is.)Advice to record, whatever convos you have with them. To Sue for discrimination."

"the townhomes are very comfortable BUT They do not maintain their apartments. I had called Housing Code Enforcement 3 times on these people because their maintenance crew completely sucks. I also, have to pay $500 for a mold test company to come to the apartment to test it because they won't. they paint over the "water stains" like they call it, but the mold keeps coming back. They can't secure a toilet seat for the life of them. My kitchen sealing is coming apart and all they've done is paint over the water stains and the cracks. It has not been a year and I'm dealing with the same situation all over again. Oh and their office staff are not helpful at all they act all professional, but they have nothing of professional in them as they are rude to the tenants. They are quick to send you to court for "nonpayment" as is our right as tenants not to pay if there's something wrong with the apartment without knowing what's really happening, for that they ALWAYS go by the book. The only nice person they have is the receptionist."

"It's an old building that's been through some times. I can't say that it's a good or bad place to live. They do offer security to enter, and leave the building."

"Used to be a halfway decent building and housing project back when. The owner and management have let the building get infested with mice and roaches. No security anymore. Groundskeeper is non existant. Parties in the parking with people grilling. Don't move here unless you have to."
