"As a first time client I went in to see Cheryl one of the owners of the salon to touch up my face frame highlights and glaze my whole head on a recommendation. I asked for more highlights and she tried to talk me out of it. Now I know why…As I was getting my hair done she was having another girl wash and blow dry her hair..it took like 55 minutes. I was being worked on by 2 other girls for wash and blow out. Some of the girls in there look good and dedicated to their clients but as the owner I guess she feels she can get away with it. She charged me a lot and I was not happy with the results. I thought it was rude and second class service for the price I paid. The word should get out...they have nyc prices with low quality work received...I will never go back there again."

"Deanna gave me absolutely gorgeous highlights and one of the best haircuts I've ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She even brought a reference picture she thought would look good after our consultation! I know almost nothing and have very difficult hair, so I really appreciated her advice, which ended up being spot on. There was no wait, the place is beautiful, everyone who works there is super nice (especially Janet), and I think the price, though high, is actually very reasonable for the beautiful work they do. I couldn't be more thrilled with the service and am so glad to have found my new salon!"

"Got my daughter partial highlights as a bday present. Just a touch up. Ended up BLONDE, with brash color, severe line around forehead instead of blended, and thick chunky stripes instead of highlights. See pics below, last picture BEFORE highlights for contrast. Wouldn’t acknowledge the problem, just kept saying, “sorry she wasn’t happy,” and refused to issue refund or partial refund to help pay for repair."
