"I don't know about you, but I am skeptical of any 4.9 star rating, much less emergency vet care. I can tell you, VEG has earned every star. You can tell by the cleanliness and organization as soon as you arrive. I took my very sick kitten in and immediately the VEG team recognized he had feline panleukopenia, typically a 90% mortality rate in kittens. As he had some strength left, we decided to treat even though his odds weren't very good. Everything was explained thoroughly to us. The veterinarian and techs obviously care very much about the animals and treated my kitten as gently and calmly as possible. We left knowing he was in good hands. We received regular text and call updates while he underwent the intensive care necessary for an infectious disease. To our surprise, they called after 3 days to tell us he could go home. I don't know if he would have survived if he had gone to another vet group, but I can say without hesitation that he had the absolute best care possible and credit VEG with saving his life. The team at VEG are angels! Thank you, VEG!"

"Walking into the emergency vet is never going to be a fun situation but the staff at VEG on Stuart street do their absolute best to enhance the experience and ensure you feel comfortable while going through a tough time with your pet. We visited at around 5 in the morning after 48 hours of our pup being sick - sleep deprived, grumpy, and not overly excited to drop a pretty penny. The vet on staff as well as the support staff were all extraordinary - kind, made me and our pup feel welcomed, and you could trust that they were doing everything in their hands to ensure we found the next best steps forward. 100 percent recommend VEG."
