"I truly enjoy living at Merritt River. The amenities are great; they have a pool open all summer, the gym is always clean and not super packed, and the coffee machine is great! The staff is very reliable and friendly, they always greet my family and I as we enter the building or are passing by them in the hallway or lobby. Nelson is an awesome property manager who has clearly trained his staff well because no question is ever left unanswered. Jesus is always there to help. Mark and Lester are great with helping to resolve issues throughout the building. I will continue to live here for many more years."

"I’ve lived at Merritt River for about 4 years now and I still love it! The management team of Nelson and Jesus are wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. Nelson is a great property manager, always going the extra mile to make sure everything is going good. The maintenance crew is quick and reliable especially Lester and Laura. The newest member of the concierge team, Elio is so friendly and helpful. Merritt River is a child friendly environment. They have frequent events for families to partake in. It’s a clean and a safe place to live. If I notice something being dirty or messy and I notify the staff, they are quick to clean it up. I would recommend living here to anyone!"
