"First time placing my dog at Pooch for multiple nights (9) and it's been 5 years since my [now] 12-year old has been boarded. She's not acclimated to other dogs and she's very nervous in all new experiences. I was worried heading into it. But thanks to Pooch staff it was a very good experience. Having the cameras was great to let me check in occasionally, and when the staff described how it was going, I could tell they understood my dog's personality and quirks. Glad to have my Sadie home now, and really appreciate Pooch Hotel. Next trip we'll be able to leave Sadie with no worries. Thank you."

"This place is awesome! We had such a good experience boarding our 2 dogs here for 10 days. The staff is super attentive. They are open 24 hours. The video camera from Spain always worked and we could see our pups online. That was super comforting. We really appreciated the Presidential Suite with 2 dogs - one puppy and one older, sick dog. They always answered our prayers phone calls and texts. Gave house food (broth, pumpkin and cheese for meds), when needed. Completely earned trust of the kind staff and their love for our dogs. Great playtime space. Will board again and so appreciative of their constant loving care! ❤️ Thank you, Pooch Hotel! ❤️"
