"Do you know how comforting it is to have one of your pharmacist tell you that she couldn’t care less about filling presciptions and she could close the place down and not care. Especially when you are picking up medication for a heart patient?!? They are constantly short handed and disorganized at this CVS."

"This pharmacy has really gone downhill. Not sure what is going on over there but it is horrible. The last few months have been so difficult to get my prescriptions filled. They will randomly close the drive through or ignore requests for prescriptions. I had two sensitive prescriptions pending for over 10 days, I called everyday and no answer. Finally I had my doctor send it in again. They filled one and when I got there told me to come back in 15 min for the other. Ok fine. I come back and she says sorry we have no prescriptions for you. I said there was at least one done 30 minutes ago (because I came back 15 min later and waited in line behind TWO customers for FIFTEEN MINUTES). She goes back and talks to the guy and eventually locates it. I ask about the other one, an anti depressant that was supposed to be refilled 5 days ago, and she says “it’s out of stock”. I’ve got an infant with me and am several days off my antidepressants but trying to find a solution I ask “when will it be ready then?” She says “it’s out of stock so we don’t know”. Ok, I ask if there is another CVS she can transfer it to. She says “just go to another CVS and ask them.” Can you imagine looking a new mom several days off her antidepressant and anxiety meds and showing so little compassion?! Infuriating and horrible. Will be switching to express scripts tonight."

"The worst CVS I’ve ever used. They told me to pick up my prescription the next day because they were understaffed and behind however the next day they were closed with no information as to why. Who needs their prescription anyway? It’s not like some people need lifesaving medications… ***this is a 0 star review"

"After receiving text that my prescription was ready at 969 High Ridge Rd in Stamford, CT and then waiting 20 minutes at drive through, a team member pharmacist told me it wasn’t and to come back later. I returned 2 days later, it still wasn’t ready, same pharmacist told me to come back later and yelled at me complaining how busy he was. This in spite of a) receiving text two days prior stating it was ready, b) same pharmacist telling me it would be ready two days prior in the evening, c) having to wait another 20 minutes again in the drive through line. Since when did picking up prescriptions at CVS become such a humiliating experience? I am taking my business to another pharmacy."
