Reviews
"They accepted a COVID booster vaccination appointment on Thursday and then never informed me they ran out of the vaccine yesterday - they lied about having sent a cancellation notice - completely unhelpful and unfriendly - in particular the pharmacy manager Hana - stay away!"
"I was in and out quickly and was ably to pick up one additional item. Was out in record time."
"Pharmacy service is horrible, older blonde lady doesn’t know what she’s doing"
"Pharmacy wants to lose business. Can't get a price check on past prescriptions filled. No wonder my insurance No longer considers CVS a preferred pharmacy. Also OptumRX is terrible so far at refilling a prescription or even getting accurate information."
"Went to CVS on Newfield Avenue last week after reading the Medicare website that the monthly supplies of Covid testing kits will be available with local pharmacy. Spoke to a pharmacy person, Inquire the Covid testing kits covered by Medicare on a monthly basis. She said to me impatiently, “There is no such coverage.” I replied, “I read it from the Medicare website about it.” She raised her voice and said, “ “I am very familiar with Medicare, there is nothing offered.” She never checked with the pharmacist or looked online. I thought it is a lost case to deal with an incompetent person with a terrible attitude, I just left the store. I left the CVS Newfield and went to CVS on High Ridge Road. The pharmacy was very polite and told me, “Of course we know about the coverage. All we need is your Medicare insurance card.” What a pleasant experience. If you want good customer services, don’t go to CVS on Newfield Avenue."
