"The website keeps throwing food at you instead of making it easy to set up a pharmacy appointment for a vaccine."
"DO NOT GO TO THE PHARMACY HERE. The woman who runs the pharamacy had some weird vendetta against my mom. My mom has needed her medication early only TWICE for trips, once in 2022 and once this year and even when doctors and insurance fill it has been extremely rude and bottom line weird about filling them. I dont understand how someone who works in a pharmacy can be that rude about giving someone the perscription THEY NEED she even said she "told her office" and has withheld my mothers medication and my sisters as well just because she can. This woman is awful and heartless and weird!!! dont go here if you ever actually need ur medications."
"I have been with Stop & Shop Pharmacy for over a decade. I absolutely love Steve. (Hence the one star for Steve). When it comes to the other female pharmacist, well I am currently working on removing myself having contacted several governmental oversight agencies. First off, when people need their prescriptions, they should not have to fear calling them in. Second, holding them past the 30 day mark because you are using your pharmacist "discretion" is illegal and unethical. (Hence the four empty stars for Sandra). Be careful with this pharmacy. No one should have this much power over another individuals rights and most importantly their health!"
"AVOID SHOPPING HERE!!! My wife and I went on a Tuesday night right after work. A lot of the items were out of stock. We usually use the "laser gun" as we shop so we can just checkout and go with everything packed. The guns weren't working. It would randomly delete items and the screen would scroll all by itself. (I tried 3 different ones) Then we get to self checkout. Evey time we filled our bag after scanning we would put the bag in the cart. (We had 7 bags of groceries to scan) The machine would stop and call for an employee that would have to override. We were told by the manager ALL bags have to stay in the bag area until the complete order is finished. The bag area only holds about 4 bags MAX. So every time we would have to get someone to override it. It happened at EVERY self-checkout station. The manager said it was put in today and he agrees its really bad. Its supposed to help with theft. I said "it will help because nobody will shop here anymore." Also...check your receipt. The strawberries were advertised as buy 1 get 1 free. The receipt discounted it $2. Hardly buy 1 get 1 when it's $6.99 There are PLENTY of other supermarkets in the area. We will taking our business elsewhere."
"The staff here are absolutely amazing. Patient, KIND, attentive, everything. If you’re looking to switch from a major chain like me, do it. I know I can be annoying sometimes misplacing my Rx # yet they are always so patient with me. When I was really sick, they made sure the directions were clear and did not mind being on hold for however long it took. Forgive me if I’m not remembering names but literally all of them are amazing, especially the gentleman and the pharmacy manager. Thank you for being our lifeline, all of you. Thank you for making me feel safe, cared for & respected. Thank you for looking to give us the best deals with Good Rx and knowing that this country is really hard on uninsured people. I will take a page out of their playbook in terms of patience with my own job. I know it’s not easy to work through COVID-19 yet they do it with kindness and a smile."
